What we collect

Account information (name, email), the website domain(s) you connect, and, if you connect an inbox for outreach, OAuth tokens scoped to send and read mail on your behalf. We also collect data about the outreach prospects the agent finds and contacts on your behalf (site domain, contact name/email, message content).

How we use it

To operate the product: finding backlink prospects, drafting and sending outreach from your connected inbox, tracking replies and placements, and billing. We do not sell your data or your prospects' data to third parties.

Inbox access

When you connect Gmail or Outlook, we request only the scopes needed to send mail as you and read replies to outreach threads. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect your inbox at any time from Settings, which revokes our access immediately.

Third-party processors

We use subprocessors for hosting, database, email delivery, payments, and AI drafting. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account disconnects any connected inbox and stops all outreach activity.
